Personally, I prefer to see the singular pictures. It makes it easier to see the individual pieces, and it allows me to organize my favorites better!

I dunno... I guess I'm not happy with my style because I have yet to *find* a style. I want to be able to become more detail-oriented while also being cartoon-ish. I'm good at drawing realistic-ish animals but it wasn't what I wanted to do, ya know? Sure, I'm happy with it in the end, but cartoons always caught my eye. It's what made me want to start drawing in the first place. It just seems that every time I do draw something towards cartoons my style is different or not what I wanted. 
But I do know to fix that, all I have to do is practice. I'll get where I want to be one day. Just look at what I can do now, take what I want better, and just improve. It's all you really can do, isn't it?
