Just a few hours ago I was told that I need to make a diploma project. It has to be some computer program completely written by me.
...And my choice fell on computer game. So, the whole next month (till 08.16.2010) I will be working on my "z Space Game".
As you may have already figured out, this game is going to be a space arcade... Which means that I'll need a lot of backgrounds with stars, planets and nebulas.
This game will be 3D and I'll also need spaceship models.
...So I'll have to explore the new horizons - space art & 3D art.
I'll update my gallery with space backgrounds and I need you to tell me whether they are successful or not.
These are the works so far:

And so I'm back
Yeah, I've been idle for a whole year and haven't made any submissions to DA (in case you haven't noticed :)).
But after a year of TV shows, computer games, parties, booze and just doing nothing I thought it would be a good idea to get back to my mission. :D
And it looks like it really was not a bad idea... :)
Now, after my third new submission I feel like I'm back on a track, spilling evil xaos magic on fractal community. :mwahaha:

So "Fractalistic Month" is officially over (unofficially it was over long ago lol).
Due to certain unforeseen circumstances I managed to submit only 16 out of planned 30 fractals (deja vu).
...Which is a success of some sort too, 'cause it might have been much less than 16. :)

Fractalistic Month
So now when the Polled Flamepack is out, I think it's a good time for a new "project".
And now my choice fell on "Fractalistic Month*".
The idea is as simple as possible: one day - one fractal submission.
First submission is coming on April 1st (tomorrow), thus the deadline is April 30th. :dummy:
Not much participation needed from you this time. Just share your opinions, critics and love. :hug:

Polled flamepack v2
So I'm getting social again! :dummy:
Yup. I've been idling for some while by now. Time to get back on the track.
And here's some small project to start with.
It's called "Polled flamepack v2" because it's a sequel to the project I've held few years ago. The previous one resulted in this - Polled flamepack.
The point of this project is to share the knowledge (params) I have and to find the right direction for the future works.
So I'll add a poll to choose 5 my best works.
A week after that these 5 works will be packed up and released along with their sources so that everyone can study and tweak them.
