Variation on ubuntu-logo plymouth theme.

Includes (see elementary-script.script in the package):
----------
Instructions for removing progress dots and making the logo pulse.
Three different variations:
1) Normal (elementary logo on solid color)
2) Panel (engraved logo on light panel gradient)
3) Panel-dark (light logo on dark panel gradient)

To install, copy folder to /lib/plymouth/themes, then run alternatives-install.sh (as root).

KNOWN BUG:
Took out support for 4-bit (?) since I have no clue how to test it.

Questions, comments, and constructive criticism are welcome.

Near the beginning there is this section:

# Normal
#textred = 0.0;
#textgreen = 0.0;
#textblue = 0.0;
#logo = "start-here.png";
#dot = "dot-full.png";
#top = 0.85;
#bottom = top;

# Panel
textred = 0.0;
textgreen = 0.0;
textblue = 0.0;
logo = "start-here-panel.png";
dot = "dot-full.png";
top = 0.96;
bottom = 0.796;

# Panel-dark
#textred = 0.30;
#textgreen = 0.30;
#textblue = 0.30;
#logo = "start-here-panel-dark.png";
#dot = "dot-full-dark.png";
#top = 0.26;
#bottom = 0.145;

Uncomment the one you want, and then comment out the one that was enabled already. (Make sure not to uncomment the comment that says what the code will do!)

Sorry I'm new, but it I can't copy to the folder and need permission to do so. How can I get the folder to the theme folder?

Unzip file downloaded from here.

Terminal answer:
sudo cp elementary /lib/plymouth/themes
cd /lib/plymouth/themes/elementary
sudo bash alternatives-install.sh

Non-terminal answer:
Alt+F2
"gksudo nautilus" (without the quotes)
File System (under Computer?)
lib -> plymouth -> themes
Drag in theme folder.
Open theme folder that you just dragged in.
Double-click alternatives-install.sh
"Run in Terminal"
CLOSE FILE BROWSER WINDOW SO YOU CAN'T ACCIDENTALLY BORK ANYTHING.

This ought to work; unfortunately, I am away from my test machine for a bit so I can't verify.

This looks *excellent*. They all look equally awesome.. I can't even choose! I really hope this gets included in EleOS, last time I checked they were looking for someone to package plymouth.

Awesome work, if you haven't already, you should definitely post it on elemetary-project.com/forum and show others/get official insight :D
