actually if you seriously look at it the top of his shell looks like a negatively flip cosine function:

given y=-cos(x)+5
you can bring in into a sine function by either one of keeping it the same and moving it 180degrees(or PI/2 rad)
or you could switch it around and and move it 270degress(or 3PI/2). PI being equal to 3.14

Giving you equations of:
y=sin(x+PI/2)+5, or y=-sin(x+3PI/2)+5.

Therefore following simple logic, seeing how his shell is the majority of his body, it inhabits the majority of the marks, therefore equaling 80% and/or higher, thus giving me an A.
