My personal reward for exercising is to briefly not worry about the health impacts of usually getting zero exercise while sitting and doing art or playing video games or whatever sedentary stuff I do about 98% of the time.

I'm afraid I haven't done any proper workout in a while, so right now I'm doing a 30 day Yoga challenge to get back on track.

Oh nice! GO YOU! Getting off track (especially for longer periods of time) can sometimes make getting BACK on track seem really hard. I loose motivation really hard in the winters. I wish you the best of luck! <3

WINTER: Terrible cold weather and snow where I live makes it impossible to do anything outside like:Running, playing tennis, aaaaaand even walking. Credit: Ice and Snow. So in the winter I don’t go outside often and I get incredibly pale skin :( in the summer I go out a lot and tan (Naturally pale skin but tans?????) I’m not looking forward to winter! Luckily I do karate all year round so yeah.

That work is not just useless. Because you don't burn fat from exercising, you gain muscles.
The only way to lose fat is to eat less, and sugar and salt are actually a lot worse for the body then pure old fashioned fat

I always say: Sugar, Fat and Salt aren't your enemies. There is a reason, why your body needs those. Your enemy is you eating too much of them!

Losing weight is just counting numbers and discipine!
I burn around 1900 KCal a day, so i eat less than that, DONE!
That is the easy part! The hard part is to walk through the candy-section, of your local supermarket, without being tempted!

I lost 25 Kilos the last year!
Down from 100 to 75 in 6 months! \o/

We need salt, but there are plenty in the normal slow food we eat that we don't need anything extra. A single slice of salami have your entire daily need of salt. In other words, there is never any good reason to eat potato chips.
Second, we actually don't need sugar and most certainly not any form of artificial sweetener, the reason it is called desert is because its optional, a meal should start and end with potatoes meet and gravy.
But even there, as thou said we need to eat less.
That as thou said is the key to weight loss, exercise is good for other reasons, but it is pointless if weight is the motivation. Muscles actually weight more then fat, so if you exercise a lot you will gain weight.

Well yes, your diet has a lot "too much salt".
However, that doesn't mean, that you simply should stop eating certain things.

What you need to be is more aware of what and how much you eat!

Want to eat that package potato chips?
Sure! It won't kill you!
What you have to make sure is, that you ballance that intake of fat, salt and other stuff out over the time.

A good thing to do, while dieting, is, that you simply set one day a week, where you eat what you want.
Wanna eat a big slice of cheesekake? Do it, but just once a week and the rest of the week you maybe eat a salad (without that joghurt-dressing ;) ), to ballance that sugar-intake!

That is what i did and it kept me from losing it, because simply restraining from everything you love just increases the chance of a snack attack!

Okay I understand that, and to be fair I really also have difficulty losing weight, I just lost 4 kg due to an illness, but if I am not careful, I could easily gain that back. The problem with getting sick is that you lose all appetite, that is not as much a problem when you have 20 kilograms of excess fat, (16 now I guess).
Salad is actually something I enjoy very much to eat, as long as it have that special sauce on top.
But I almost never eat fastfood.
But generally my refrigerator is pretty empty, my wallet is much better at dieting then I am.
