Some sketch like thingy I made to show how I imagine *rogerrog's character Osake. I made a more feminine version of her clothing, and changed her hairstyle as well.

I think the joints are in need of a touch up, however, it generally has a very neat posture and design.

I thought the posture was kind of messed up, bot okay. That's probably what you meant with the joints anyway.

Amos and I came to the conclusion that he wasn't one of the few that don't draw anime style. It's just you and I Kin, and Azuko.

Her hands are behind her, yes, but you made it seem like her arms were going forward, in front of the body.I'm having trouble figuring out exactly what's with her hair on the left side, and her face seems a bit odd. I'm sure you notice the rest of the mistakes. On a positive note, the legs are well done, and you did a good job giving the skirts it's folds and depth. Her body could be a bit more feminine though. Good work.

Yeah, I noticed, but I figured it's just a quick skecth, so I didn't really bother to fix it.

Yeah, The hair didn't turn out as I imagined. Mainly becuase I can't really get a grip on HOW I do imagine it.
