Frankenstein Meets the Wolf Man

Shortly after returning to Los Angeles, Christian Cutter had to reunited with his fellow hunters: Rachael, Tyler, Derrick, Layla, and Van Helsing. Warning them of the escape of The Wolf Man, the situation couldn't get any worse, through social media, Derrick reveals that Frankenstein's monster has survived. Satellites have picked up a voice recording of two men breaking Lawrence Talbot out of the asylum. To make matters worse, it was on a full moon, and Talbot awoke as the two men attempted to remove the wolfsbane locked up with Talbot. As The Wolf Man, Talbot killed one and the other fled the scene. Rachael and Tyler both looked in on the recording and found that it's an exact match to the hospital massacre, the night Talbot first transformed. And with Victor Frankenstein done with tampering with the dead, Layla suspects that Talbot might seek him out for help to undo the curse because Victor has technology the people of London have never seen. Derrick believes that it could be a possibility but hopes that Layla's assumption is true.

Talbot is found by police in San Diego later in the night, with a massive headache, and taken to a hospital where Dr. Mannering treats him. Talbot slowly comes to understand his situation, but during the full moon, he transforms into the Wolf Man and kills a police constable. The next morning, Mannering realizes his patient had been roaming about and tries to reason with him, though unable to accept Talbot's explanation of his curse. Dr. Mannering allows Inspector Owen, to question Talbot who becomes violently irate, then is overcome by orderlies and bound to his bed with leather straps. Not believing his story of being a werewolf, the doctor and detective travel to Los Angeles to investigate Talbot and his story.

The news pops up and reveals disturbing footage from London: A mysterious cult called "Prodigium," who wants control over the world and use the monsters as their weapons, killing Victor Frankenstein. The footage shows Victor begging for his life and asks to leave his wife out of it. This footage puts Derrick on edge and wants to kill every last member of the cult. Christian won't know where to look after Talbot escaped from the asylum and bring the news to him.

Meanwhile, Talbot escapes from the hospital while the doctor and detective are away, by biting through the restraints with his teeth. He is seeking a cure for the curse that causes him to transform into a werewolf with every full moon. Talbot leaves San Diego and seeks the gypsy woman Maleva, who has hearsay knowledge of Dr. Victor Frankenstein and opines he may able to help Talbot. Together they travel to London, via cargo ship, where Talbot hopes to find the notes of Dr. Frankenstein in the remains of his estate. Unfortunately, he has found Elizabeth Frankenstein, Victor's now-widowed wife, she is now pregnant, and the child will grow up without a father.

An upset Talbot transforms into the Wolf Man and kills a young woman, causing the citizens of London to raise a mob to chase him down. Fleeing toward the ruins of the Frankenstein castle, Talbot falls through the burned-out flooring and into the frozen cellars below. Talbot recovers from his animal state, and wanders around, discovering Frankenstein's Monster trapped within an icy chamber. Using a stone, Talbot breaks the ice and helps pull the now-revived creature free. Finding that the Monster is unable to locate the notes of the long-dead doctor, Talbot seeks out to find Christian Cutter. Frankenstein's Monster thinks Derrick would know how to cure him.

Prodigium soon takes control of the "Festival of the New Wine," in which attendees are held on trial for defending Victor Frankenstein's Monster. With the Monster and Talbot both on the run, hoping Derrick and Christian would arrive. Van Helsing's jet arrives in London, and the hunters are being labeled as "The Sinners" by Prodigium, led by Vazec, attempts to have the hunters hanged, starting with Layla. But the plan backfires when Tyler kills one of the members with Pop Rocks being shoved up the nose, blowing the brain up. Layla, with a broken arm, manages to fight back with a machete. The members of Prodigium retreat, in hopes of making another plan of attack.

With Talbot and Frankenstein's Monster searching for Christian and Derrick, they are then chased down by Prodigium's trackers. The monsters are then taken to Vazec, who manipulates them into thinking the hunters want to kill them and not help them. Believing the lie that Vazec told them, they begin to search for the hunters in an attempt to kill them.

Back on Van Helsing's jet, while plotting their next move to search for the two monsters by retrieving Victor's notes, they are ambushed by Talbot and Frankenstein's Monster. Instead of killing them, they are then taken to Vazec and has plans for Van Helsing. He wants him to see his greatest creations get destroyed, and wants to hang and disembowel his hunters for "messing with nature." Thankfully, Talbot and Frankenstein's monster have betrayed Vazec; he brought them over to kill him. Vazec's cult has a strange variety of weapons only seen in Sci-Fi video games: exploding revolvers, acid-spitting shotguns, anything that can do instant kill.

In an attempt to claim the weapons, Rachael straps her lighter to a sniper rifle to give the enemies a burning pain. Tyler removes the shrapnel from the shrapnel grenades replaces it with acid. Layla takes a bow and an exploding bullet to create exploding arrows. Christian uses the emptied shrapnel and places it in a Molotov Cocktail, which will shred and burn on impact. Derrick takes a Liquid Nitrogen gun and mixes it with wax for enemy's skin to peel off.

At Frankenstein's lab, Derrick searched for Victor's notes on a cure for werewolf transformations. The notes contain an interesting find in the body of the deceased Wilfred Glendon, an antigen that keeps the human part of a werewolf to turn back into a human after a full moon. Victor was going to mail it to Christian to cure Talbot after Derrick gave him the address during his time in London. Using this antigen, a cure was made.

Outside of the mansion, Vazec and his followers surround the place so that they could destroy the cure. A fight between the hunters and the cult breaks out, and the outcome is brutal. Melted skin, burning wounds, body parts lying everywhere. It didn't become a battle; it became a slaughter. But unfortunately, Vazec is nowhere to be found. He must have slipped between his followers and abandoned the fight to make his next move. Not even the faces that were ripped off match Vazec, he disappeared.

After the fight, the hunters give a proper funeral for Victor Frankenstein, and in his will, he hopes Derrick would continue his work. Elizabeth Frankenstein decides to study vaccines based on what Victor found in his notes on Glendon. Victor's creature stays with Elizabeth, and the cure was given to Talbot, ending his nightmare as a werewolf. Talbot then decides he wants to join the LAPD as a detective. Back home in America, Derrick, back at Concord High in California, wins the final Varsity football game of his senior year, even though he's gonna graduate soon. He knows the cult is still out there. Everybody still holds on to what Derrick said about killing every last member of Prodigium. After his last Friday Night Lights at CHS, the hunters go their separate ways. Tyler heads back to Florida for reshoots on Atlantis: Lost Secret. Christian and Layla are both back in Los Angeles, Christian trains Talbot at the LAPD. Layla then continues posing for photoshoots at the dress shop, and Rachael goes back to Sacramento to see her friends Lisa and Katie graduate from Sac State. Van Helsing studies more of Victor Frankenstein's notes in hopes the werewolf cure could be used the same way on vampires.

Post-credit Scene 1: Prodigium spreads around the world and begins to kill anyone who gets in their way, starting with Derrick's family, leaving him orphaned.

Post-credit Scene 2: The woman that Talbot had killed survived the attack, not knowing what is happening to her.
