Description

Abraham Van Helsing still vows to search for monsters that are located around the world. When he's not searching for monsters, he is spending his days as a doctor/professor. But during one of his sessions, police arrive into the class and want Abe to answer some questions at the Las Vegas Police Department about what happened months ago in Florida, where he explains that he did indeed destroy Count Dracula, but because he had already been dead since 1462, it can't be considered murder. He enlists the assistance of a psychiatrist, Doctor Jeffrey Garth, who was once one of his star students, instead of hiring a lawyer.

Meanwhile, back in Florida, Marya Zaleska, the daughter of Dracula, with the aid of her manservant, Sandor, steals Dracula’s body from Miami and burns it in a fire ritual, hoping to break her vampire curse. However, Sandor soon begins to discourage her, telling her that all that is in her eyes is "death." She soon gives in to her thirst for blood. Marya continues her hunting, mesmerizing her victims with her exotic jeweled ring.

Back at the LVPD, they give a call to Interpol detectives have pulled out information from more than 20 years ago from Transylvania. Just now, they find a long lost letter left to "Countess" Marya Zaleska, by Dracula. The photo of the letter is sent to the police department, allowing Abe to read the letter, he soon concludes that Dracula's bloodline did not end over 20 years ago, he has a daughter.

Marya gets a chance to meet with Jeffery Garth at a friend's Quinceañera; she asks him to help her overcome the influence she feels from beyond the grave. Garth advises her to defeat her desires by facing them, and Marya becomes hopeful that her will, plus Dr. Garth's science, will be strong enough to overcome Dracula's evil. The Countess sends Sandor to fetch her a model to paint; he returns with Lili. Countess Zaleska initially resists her urges but gives in and attacks her. Lili survives the attack, and examines her through hypnosis; she reveals enough information to let Dr. Garth know that it was Countess Zaleska that attacked her, but dies because her blood is not pure.

The Countess gives up fighting her urges and accepts that there is no cure. She lures Dr. Garth to the SML Gala Shootout location by kidnapping Janet, his secretary. Even sending him a video message, threatening him by saying she will bite her if he doesn't destroy his work on reversing the vampire curse, but now realizes that he cares for her. Zaleska intends to transform Dr. Garth into a vampire to be her eternal companion because she knows his blood is pure. Arriving back at the location of the SML gala incident, Dr. Garth agrees to exchange his life for Janet's. Before Marya can bite Garth, Sandor shoots her through the heart with an arrow as punishment for her breaking her promise, killing her. He plans to kill Dr. Garth, but Abe arrives on the scene to save Garth because he will not lose another one of his former students. Abe fights Sandor with a hunting knife and one bullet, with the one bullet being caught by Sandor's fast reflexes, Abe stabs him and beheads him.

In a post-credits scene, as Abe is having a drink with Garth at the Pulse nightclub in Orlando, he sees a news broadcast about something going on at the University of Eastern Colorado and enlists Rachael Hawkins and Tyler Holt to investigate.
