Zippcast vs Youtube
Everyone probably hates how Youtube has been down spiraling since the site's merging with Google back in 2008. Since then, the "You" of Youtube has vanished. If things couldn't get any worse, youtube make changes, and that's typical, but what's very sickening is that Youtube "forces" these changes despite people disliking them. How sick is that?!
Recently, a friend suggested me "Zippcast", a video website that is like the "old" Youtube. Everything simple and un-cluttered. No ads on videos, no evil pop stars setting up accounts and taking over.
And yes, Zippcast was a little glitchy, mainly because of the server overload from irate youtubers switching over. I feel for that. Imagine if you're a programmer running an inactive website and suddenly, you face a surge of web traffic towards your site, that it overloads.
For me, joining Zippcast is as close as giving Google an a**-whooping!
I wish Youtube would be more considerate when making these changes. If I ran Youtube, I would have trial
