Derpy's and Carrot Top's journey - All parts

Hello! I'm GMBlackjack, author of the crossover of ponyfics, the League of Sweetie Belles:

I want to do a chapter or two or so in the Derpy and Carrot Top's Adventure story. (which I consider both to be this art and Carbon Maestro's music. I will be sending Carbon a similar message.) It'd be an excellent non-fic addition to the realm of the Sweeties. 

You can be as involved as you want to be, ranging from "not at all" to "write most of it" (though I suppose in your case, being very involved wouldn't involve writing.) 

The plot could be a lot of things, though I'm partial to just having a lone Sweeite show up and try to survive through a sudden, surprise war. Details would be hammered out in future messages if desired.

Since you seem to be the artist of these pieces, a colleague of mine and I were thinking about creating a fan-fiction that uses these pieces as a basis. One portrait=One-two chapters. (Depending on what we can observe and flesh out, potentially more.) I wanted to just ask about using them in order to avoid having the story taken down from any website because of some legal BS, or copyrights. Again, just wanted to clear this through you. Please, reply whenever you have made your decision.

Has anyone attempted to write this as a story?  I would love to have a chance to write this as a story when I had a chance to sit down and do so.  WOuld I be allowed to do this?
