Wow, what a tricky little beastie this was to imagine while readying the series. If I didn't know, this almost seems like it could even fit a description of what The Ellimist's true form was when he was a Ketran. Wonderful touched with the wings and the four feet. I was always stuck thinking The Arn were some bizarre mouse, bird, insect creature. The eyes actually do feel diamond-like and the colors are perfect.

Well, look at his original description as a Ketran. That's what I did. Looking at guys like Ellimist and Crayak becomes a trial because in the end one is just the Eye of Sauron and the other a Caucasian Yoda. My choice was to just go with imagining The Ellimist as something more seraphic since K.A. obviously decided to go with something fairly angel-like in concept.

Forgot to say which animorph aliens that is pictured.
The big one is an Arn, the biologists of the Hork-Bajir world.
The little creatures is a chadoo, which is a relative of the Arn (like humans and monkeys are close relatives)
The Arn has evolved the gliding membran into fully functional wings, and much bigger claws to grab the cieling and walls of the big underground caves.
