The one in real charge

You're a young wrestler who wants to be given a chance to become part of AWG roster. You go to their headquarters and have an interview with the manager. But what's going on? The interview takes place while Chance is sitting on one of AWG women's lap, Erica Deville. Chance wouldn't utter a word without having Erica's counsel first. You start to get the impression that the one in real charge over there is the Evil Queen and the young lady in purple is but an assistant, a very submissive one. And you're not wrong.

It took Erica just a couple months to be in control(secretly) of AWG. How she did it? Destroying her opponents and flattering the ones in charge. Some even dare say she seduced the manager. Chance can't resist a strong woman with a dominant personality. But that's just speculation...
