The creator of Mandy's alternate outfit. Jackie is very affectionate to her younger friend and is always hugging her around, and while doing so, she low-key gropes her. Mandy can't help noticing that, but she doesn't complain. She likes it. In actuality, Mandy is secretly in love with Jackie, but is too shy to even hint it. The fact she agreed to put on that skimpy outfit, tells much about her feelings for the beauty in black.
