Mandy - regular and alternate outfit

Mandy is moderately based on Blue Mary from SNK. Blue Mary has an alternate outfit in KOF MIA that is over the top skimpy and rather clownish, and so has Mandy.

Mandy is a little bit rigid and a prude, but her friend Jackie suggested and convinced her of having an alternate outfit, and it is this. Mandy has a thing for Jackie and does what she tells her, otherwise, she's rather ashamed to go out wearing that outfit.
