Is This My Head or Yours?

I'm sitting here thinking 'what else could I upload to Redbubble, etc'...and being tired, and kinda depressed about a few things, for no good reason other than I can probably blame it on hypothalamus dysfunction or something.  Or that and Zazzle really wore my brain out the other day.

One thing I want to upload needs to be scanned from a transparency that I swear I have around here...somewhere, somewhere of course, so I was going through things like old sales/business files, and finding out some things that I totally forgot about.  Like sending art to the first Albany Anthrocon and only later finding out I made a big sale (the only one I had go to auction even) since the final buyer was a friend and waiting...and waiting...and waiting until a letter finally arrived that detailed just what had happened to my money and that of all the other artists, along with a check that had had to be taken out of someone's personal account.  I didn't go to the con myself, had someone agent my art for me, or I might have heard about it earlier.  Nowadays that wouldn't be an issue, I'd have been knee deep in 'Where's my money!' troll-fighting.  But that was the late 90's.  And luckily not only did they pay the artists finally, but quickly learned from their fail and now have a pretty nice, and big, con.

I'd forgotten about it, tho.

I've also forgotten one of my other pieces that sold there, 'Morning Rainbow' - there's a note on the paperwork that says '(unicorn)' but other than that it might be a Mayan unicorn I did I have no damn idea what it was.  I didn't scan it, of course, and only have a scan of the inks of the Mayan unicorn it might be.

And oddly enough, I thought the original for Bishoujo Centaur Sailor Mercury sold with Jupiter and Moon, but no she's listed as selling at Confurence 9, which I just sent art to as well.  I did go to Confurence 8...the infamous CF8...and I did ride in The Elevator...and stayed away from the walls!  But I got to overhear Roz Gibson say 'Oh good, they put us by someone who doesn't suck!'...and yes, I overheard it 'cause I was just walking some art to my panels.  Next to hers.
