Alliance: Rook's blood binds him to pledge himself to Viora, though he seems to care little for actual personal feelings of alliance.

History: 

Born as the eldest son of a noble Drakonian family, Rook has been raised in the crown city of Crystal. A life in absolute decadence left him wanting for nothing, including a widespread education and a surplus of secrets and gossip of the other nobles.. Some say even the main royal family. 

Over the years however, the looming fate of inheriting his familys estate and status had him.. Bored out of his mind. Making a decision, he elected to take with him only the essentials, along with ONLY his essential staff, and travel the islands to take in the fresh air, the beautiful sights, and the common life of the peasants. What could be better?
