The colors are so bright and complementary. You've focus incredibly well, the bokeh looks like a painting! The way the stem of the flower blends with the bokeh/background is nothing short of genius. bravo

the blue and yellow look very nice together in this picture. i also like that the flower seems to be floating above blue fog. was the background that blurred or did you change it on the computer?

The DOF is simply stunning, you focused the perfect part of the flower - what you want us to focus us. Usually viewers don't care about the stem, and I love how you blurred the stem to make it look like even that was separate from the flower. 
The colors are amazing! I must say that the blurred flowers in the background are a little distracting though. Perhaps if you cropped it and zoomed in a bit, that would focus our attention more on the center flower.
I love the color contrast - you go from bright yellow to dark blue/purple. Wonderful!
