Okay, after a certain traumatic event (which, for personal reasons, I won't go into) I've been extremely afraid of police sirens, knocking at the door, and seeing the flashing lights. It can lead to me panicking, and I don't know how to help it. I think maybe you guys might have something similar, and I'd like help to learn how to stop being afraid of these things. I know they won't harm me, and I feel like I shouldn't be afraid. I just am. I think it's getting worse lately. Thanks!
