Welcome!I am actively taking commissions!
If you are visiting my page, and don't have a deviant art account, I can be reached by email at
zen.and.coffee[AT]gmail[DOT]com <~.^> .
If you don't see something in my gallery that you are interested in, don't be discouraged! I am happy to take on whatever you can come up with, and will draw up the design so that you can see the concept, comment, offer feedback, and options for pricing. I strive to make my hats, or whatever else you commission to come out exactly the way you want! I love sewing, and being able to make the item that you've always wanted makes me even happier
I am currently in the process of getting a website store front up, so stay tuned for more details on that!Commission Info
So, what do you do if you decide you want to commission something from me? Send me an email
or a note with what you are looking for, I will draw you up a design with a quote, and once you are happy with it, make your payment (I offer 1/2 payment after design, 1/2 after hat is made prior to shipping, but you are always free to pay all after the quote if you prefer), I make the hat and ship it to you after you are happy with the finished result! I only accept paypal to protect both you and me. If you don't have paypal, feel free to send me a message, and I will see what I can do. I can always arrange an invoice through paypal to be sent to you for payment.
Update: I can now also make a private listing for you in my Etsy Store if you choose to pay the full price after quote!)
Unfortunately, if the hat gets made and you choose not to make the second 1/2 payment or you change your mind after the hats made, the first 1/2 is NON-REFUNDABLE. I cannot return your money & the hat will be sold to someone else. I know this sounds harsh, but time and love went into the hat, as well as materials used & this covers that cost.
Please allow at least a week for me to make your hat, as all parts are handsewn, and made after the order is placed just for you!
If you are commissioning a clothing item (not a hat), at minimum, the cost of materials is due up front. This is to cover the purchase costs, and insure that I dont end up buying a ton of material and then get left in the dust. Fabric is not inexpensive, and unfortunately, I can not risk purchasing yards of fabric for a special item and then have a buyer change their mind.
If you are local, I am always happy to meet up so that you can avoid shipping costs (and in this case paypal inst necessary either)!
