I'm not sure if I was in a hurry to move their relationship along but Marina flat out tells Dark Link she loves him for saving her life which I think at this point she's a bit confused about how she feels, but I'm sure she doesn't like Coolo at this point, Dark Link wants to try to avoid it because at this point he's not big on love or heart, eventually he's changed by her but it's still uncertain.
With Link dead they all know they're in trouble as Link is the only one who can wield the Master Sword at this point, Zelda is understandably upset, but clever old Coolo figures out that Link's soul is still around...stolen by an old friend.
