Plague Doctor

Much earlier for a daily draw since drawing a Plague Doctor was always on a list to draw at one point.

It was fun trying to figure out what I can add to the concept so it feels more like this is only something I would draw.

I do have an idea of what "Faction" he falls into along with the other 2 characters I have drawn before.
