[EaF] Summer Voeaillo

It was really hot so I wanted to draw something for a summer design. I wanted something with a water proof coat and decided to give it to Voeaillo because he's a shark which clash with the point of wearing one.

I'm avoiding drawing plastic and wet char after this.
