My coloring career started under the tutelage of my artist/painter father Neal Adams and colorist mother Cory Adams. I started coloring, naturally, on Continuity Comics with the occasional stint at Valiant, Red Line Comics and three consecutive years on Hearst Ent.'s Betty Boop calendars. I worked both using watercolors and, later, Photoshop. When things went digital, Neal and I pioneered advertising animatics, techniques that years later would be adapted for motion comics. Always having the most fun with special effects and explosions, I joined in to work on the last 3 episodes of The Astonishing X-Men: Gifted motion comic. I now find the greatest pleasure in returning to my coloring roots.
