My Enemy

Such a beautiful, tragic and perfect story hers is.

While I've posted a few Arcane artworks already, this was actually the very first one I sketched, almost 2 years ago, just moments after watching the season 1 finale.

At the time, the emotion and inspiration was overwhelming - it felt like they wouldn't all fit into a single illustration. So I think doing some other art in the meantime let me express those feelings bit by bit so that this one didn't feel like it had to shout so loud. But hopefully still conveys how much this show and this character enriched me.
