fooAvA glass mod

It's a simple mod of fooAvA 1.05 by ~~dawxxx666, I've just added glass and replaced a faw images.
~dawxxx666 helped me a lot with code and I wouldn't finished it without his help.

This theme works only with foobar v0.9.5.2!
You also need Windows Vista or 7 with Aero theme enabled.
