I had the sketch for this sitting around for the last month. Finally got around to painting him this weekend.
I like the concept of his legs being almost too short for a Tatsumaki-Senpuu Kyaku, hehe.

This is a nice stylized version of Ryu. It's almost as if Disney designed him.
