This is a regional map of my latest campaign setting. Though a wider world lies beyond, the setting takes place in a vast forest called the Blackwood. Stories in this setting are a mix of Grimm-style fairy tales and wuxia action.

This map in particular is nearly six feet wide, and adorns the wall of The Stag and Dragon Inn, known throughout the Blackwood as a legendary meeting place for heroes, bandits, and travelers alike.

Thanks! I had considered putting east at the top of the map to give it an authentic medieval orientation, but I decided against it pretty early on.

Nice, I like the colour scheme you have given it, very 16th century, and I can appreciate how long it would take to place all those trees.

Luckily, the brush pack I used had some excellent stamps for placing a dozen or so trees at once. I would have gone crazy if I had to do each individual tree! By the way, the description now has a link to the brush pack I used.
