[DEVIATION] Before actually moving into the place, I dropped by a couple of times to take care of the preliminary business that had to be cleared up before taking possession of the unit. Sure, the people acted friendly enough, but it struck me as insincere, a little too put‑on. Of course, I’m not really complaining about that; one could argue they were obviously putting in the effort to at least appear professional.
