The dial turned itself to the disturbing silhouette of Grey Matter, and the dial pushed itself down to transform its user into the Tiny Terror.
The user body started to deteriorate, as if all the life was getting sucked out of it, it turned skinny as a skeleton, before a small frog like creature burst out from his stomach that looks to me be made of the pure exposed muscle, before grey skin formed around it, except its large brain remained exposed, its large, black buggy eyes open, and it grew two tendrils on its face, it let out a small screech
