Paper and wood Great tit back finished!

Finished painting the back of my Great tit sculpture. Body is made of wood, all the feathers are hand-cut paper and then painted in Acrylic paints. Just got to finish the front of him now :)

Thank you so much :) yes,i hand carve and sand the bodies from bass wood, clear acrylic eyeballs with clay eyelids, then acrylic paint.

Beautiful! I would never think that was wood!!! You do an amazing job making the paper feathers really feel like feathers, and painting the craft to make them so life-like!
