So is this part of that new art you were talking about the other day? There's nothing wrong with this, it's definitely different than what I'm used to from you but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

That said, me PERSONALLY prefer the style you've already been using, but I'd be open to seeing what everything looks like this way.

You got it wrong dude, I actually felt quite good on this one, and it's not what I was talking about the other day.

Remember when I was talkin about the C.D. reboot? I was gonna try doing it the way I'm drawing the BotZ series, except that it won't be the 4-panel sheet. The reason is that I can be pretty effective once I know what I'm gonna draw, and using the casual style to draw it. If I'm gonna use the artstyle like Cream's Big Adventure, yep it's gonna look good, but it's quite time-consuming, which is exactly why CBA is on hiatus right now. I then think if I use the casual artstyle of BotZ, it might come in handier. But I was wrong. The casual artstyle just doesn't seem to go well with Cream, which I thought would be the main focus of the reboot. And there you have it. The reboot's not gonna start any time soon.

Aaand it has nothing to do with the pic right above. This pic is just some random image popping outta my head which I think can make a nicepiece of practice material or something like that.

Ahh, I understand now. In that case, I agree with you. Cream definitely looks better when you take that extra time to draw the excellent quality stuff, no questioning that.

That said, I would say to not let the potential time investment intimidate you into just not doing anything or "putting things on hiatus," one way or another it's gonna take a while to draw everything, so if you tackle a little bit at a time, eventually you'll get it done.

Quality takes time and effort, there's no doubt about that, but the results are beyond worth it, at least in my opinion. Start by finishing that one beach pic you started, and then build determination and desire from there.
