The Evening Star

I've been obsessed lately with "Princess and the Frog", a new Disney's animated film (in 2D! Yaaay!). I am dying waiting to see it (via legal or even illegal media) - it's hard to imagine waiting till 25 January (premiere date in Poland), considering the fact the Polish dubbing surprisingly doesn't look good at all. Thus, to kill some time, comes this unscheduled and completely unplanned image.

It could be even called "a speedpaint", as it took me 3 or 4 hours to finish the lineart and colouring - which is very fast for me. Then I spent another 3 hours or so to make it actually look decent. I failed and this looks nothing like I intended it to. Oh well, after looking at it for some time now, it maybe isn't the worst picture I've drawn, but still...

Even if "The Evening Star"came out as a complete failure, I won't give up. I will draw another one with Tiana, simply because she's gorgeous. And it's Disney.
