Bollois are nothing if not very friendly to each other, as shown by their constant displays of affection towards one another. This affections tends to come in the form of bloody punches, elbows to the face, rocks-in-socks beatings to the gut while tied down to a bed, and other kindly, graceful means of showing one's friendship, often with blunt objects. 

Vroda culture especially lends itself to such affectionate behavior, as the culture of machismo means she's always pressured to show the ways she loves and do it as hard and as much as possible or else she won't be a real vroda! 

Djuggesh, thus, is a very loving bolloi and she just wants to show her abundant friendly love towards her BFF Yulaan and frolic in the meadows with her with bunnies and kittens.


All joking aside, Djuggesh and Yulaan really are good friends, but Yaban friendship (especially between bollois) means constant battle, beating each other up, one-upmanship, and physical displays of violence and aggression.

I mean love. Lots and lots of love and affection.

As space janitor Golmo once surmised, "These dang Kollidorian monkey women throw hands like ours make love."
