Bubbles and Boomer at the School Pool

I once remember having a conversation with a fan of PPGD about the girls having custom uniforms that matched their colors and I was like "What's even the point of giving the school a formal dress code if the uniforms will be THAT customizable?"

He answered by sayin "Cuz they look cute! I hope some day we get to see the girls in Sukumizu (Japanese School Swim Suits)."

I remembered that conversation so I decided to make this.
