Cats

I was attempting to draw a happy Willowtail the other day while chatting with Riverfox, Wings, and Frost, and admitted that I wasn't even sure what would make Willowtail smile nicely (as opposed to his usual not smiling face or murderously happy snarling smiling face). Frost said cats, and for some reason it made sense. So here is Willowtail being happy with cats. This is followed in my sketchbook by several other sketches of Willowtail, which is good, because it's been difficult figuring him out lately (actually, I think I've been having a hard time getting into Willowtail mode ever since I imagined his death back in December or January).

And no, I am not being as lazy as possible with backgrounds but still including backgrounds to prove to myself that I am working on them. I don't know why you would think that.
