How to do pose(XPS) animation in Blender? I done work in 3dsmax2011,not in Blender.

1.Open source model(skeleton) which have animation in Blender, then merage XPS model(skeleton).
2.Resize source model size close to XPS model by scale source model's root bone. and adjust default pose is same.
3.Animation retargeting .
4.Select XPS model armature and then export pose frames(plugin XNALaraMesh).
