It would've been awesome if Vader's armor really did get upgraded. Unfortunately it would've been too risky and he refused because he started getting used to the pain and suffering to better tap into the dark side.

Even when i love Vader more than anything and this is an excellent redesign of him, I must admit that this design has the potential to stand on its own as an independent character, Bravo. You have won a follower my friend, keep it up.

This is the only vader redesign that would be suitable I have ever seen, and it goes without saying that it is also the best version of him I have ever seen. This is perfect.
