Hello, my beautiful fairies! My name is Claire Aimée Spencer, also known as "Clairy". I'm a French-Canadian artist from Ontario. I have dreams of being a showrunner, writing and managing my own animated series as I aspire to be a professional children's writer and cartoonist! I’m up for anything the world has to bring me! I’m young, hot, and full of hope, determination, and a constant need for validation and sugar!
Why do I create? Because I know who I want to be. Why do I live? Because I can't imagine giving up. Why do I stay positive even as the world crumbles like a cupcake? Because I want to reach my happy ending. I’m not afraid of the world and my love for life is stronger than my fear of death. Even though no matter what you do, what you’re doing is shortening your life. But life is actually very long and very exciting. I'm ready for all of life's adventures, good and bad, and I'm always encouraging friends and fans alike to see the beauty in the world around them and see the light in the darkest night. As courage, hope, and wonder can come in the unlikeliest of circumstances.
Everyone is stupid or sad or angry at one point of life, but that doesn't mean that it's your fate to remain miserable. Everyone is perfectly capable of being or doing good, even with all the bad stuff that happens to us. Do you think that for everyone, there’s a definitive amount of good and bad stuff that will occur to them like it's set in stone? Like some exhaustible resource? The hard truth of the matter is that stuff just happens. The universe, nature, Karma: stuff just happens. The universe doesn’t have a brain, or a heart, or a soul. It doesn’t know “fairness” or “justice”. And you can’t force it to make good stuff happen either. That being said... life IS what we make of it. We find our own things we treasure. Things that make life worth living. Things we care about. The universe might not care, but is that really that important?
I am the creator of my own original series. I am currently a proud story mama of 4. Including "Hiletopian Tales"; a fantasy about two kids joining a misfit heroes guild to fight sky pirates. "Reapettes"; where five teenage girls become the apprentices of the Grim Reaper himself. And "In Somnia", a children's fantasy story where a boy named David Lee is the very first human guardian of dreams, protecting children's dreams from nightmares alongside magical creatures. I have a few stories that are still in the works however. Including an idea for a story called "Kaydian Tales", a spinoff of "Hiletopian Tales" where three de-crowned princesses try and stop a strange futuristic Hiletopia from being taken over by a terrifying but mysterious empire by uniting the world. I also am the writer of a discontinued crossover video game fan comic called "Platformers". I also run a webshow called "Your Clairy Godmother" on YouTube, where my persona, an incompetent fairy godmother named Clairy, reviews video games, movies, and much more. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, drawing, going for walks, eating snacks and sugary foods, and editing videos for the internet. I sing every single day and while I'm very conscious about uploading song covers due to my own insecurities, that doesn't stop me from doing my best and striving for improvement and excellence!
I am always willing to give out writing advice and am always willing to help out writers in anyway I can. I am looking forward to my writing endeavors and hope to do it professionally one day. Thank you for supporting my work and I appreciate everything my followers and fans do for me. Every follower, comment, favorite, and share means a lot to me. After all, one person's presence can already mean the world to somebody.
