HOW TO INSTALL .GRD FILES IN PHOTOSHOP:

Option 1:
1. Find the .grd file in the Finder
2. Double click it
(Photoshop should automatically open and the new custom gradients will be in your gradient window)

Option 2:
1. In Photoshop, open your gradient editor window
2. Click 'load'
3. Select the new .grd file
4. When prompted, select 'append' to add the new gradients to your existing ones.
