SessKag: Haunted

Kagome's got a tag-along friend! A malicious demonic spirit? Or a ghostly guard dog? >83

Something spooky related for October.

Despite it being dark, this did take my mind off of a rather gloomy week. Hopefully things will get better. Bracing myself for an uncertain Monday.

Inspired by the game "One Hundred Candles"

For those of you who are unfamiliar, the game "One Hundred Candles" is played with a group of people in a dark room. There are one hundred candles lit, and people would go around the circle telling ghost stories. Each time someone finishes their tale, a candle is blown out. The room grows darker and darker and by the time the last light is extinguished, a supernatural entity appears.

Another variation is that for each light that is extinguished, a spirit supposedly joins the room. So by the time one hundred stories have been told and the room is pitch black, there are one hundred spirits in the room.

It was a popular game dating all the way back to the Edo period in Japan, and is known more commonly there as Hyakumonogatari Kaidankai (A Gathering of One Hundred Supernatural Tales).

BTW, this is NOT a contest entry. (I won't be entering any of the contests because well...I run them )
