Thisis a chalk drawing I did on the wall of the math building at my college. A friend of mine and I got together and did this early in the morning. It took us about an hour and a half to two hours (neither of us happened to keep track). We split the bricks each into square sized blocks and then used the squares as pixels to redraw the art. Despite the lack of people in this photo, this is a rather high traffic are in my school.
We observed a large number of people laughing and pointing at Luigi as they walked by. Everyone enjoyed it a great deal. Almost anyone with a camera phone took a picture of it, and many posed next to him to get the picture taken. Nobody on campus knows who did it, and I think the mystery adds to the fun.
I'm glad we were able to bring such happiness to my classmates at UTA.
The mystery of it is so much fun for me. I do my drawings in high traffic areas but usually in the middle of the night so very few people actually see me doing it. I love going back the next day and just watching people pass by and snap pics and such. It entertains me to know that no one who stops to take a pic suspects that the random chubby guy at sitting on that bench is the guy that did this thing, lol.
I did some stenciling that was similar to this...kinda...well the public thing was similar lol. I loved the reactions of the people who saw it and only me and my friend that was looking out know who did it.
