Another Shade of Winter...
There is a time when a photographer can see absolutely unique color schemes through his or her lens. It is the Winter sunrise. I truly love that blue shade of snow composed with blue/orange/red sky. I hope at least some of You will do the same...
As many of you know I am not 'wintery' person at all I rather prefer spring and summer time but this isn't an excuse for avoiding winter photos. Therefore yesterday I've decided that I do some winter shots for my polish landscapes collection. Today I had waken up at 5:30AM and checked if there was the moon still visible wich means the good weather - and luckily it was. I took my car keys and drove east hoping to find an interesting place to shot (I am always too lazy to look for nice photo places the day before). I found only one acceptable place for nice sunrise pictures nearby road to my office. Unfortunately, the temperature was around +4C and snow was extremely wet. After 45 minutes of setting up, metering and shooting I was completly wet. I stood in the snow up to the knees having trouble with getting out of there - hence You don't have any choice: You just have to enjoy this picture
