The detail is amazing, and the way you framed the shot really messes with the sense of scale, when I saw this on twitter I first thought it was a fursuit!

The badge on the side is P200E (1977 to 1981). I don't know much of Vespa's, just that I thought this one looked very nice sitting there in the sun.

They are actually not clover but a plant called Redwood Sorrel or Oregon Oxalis (Oxalis oregana). Glad you like them as much as I do =)
