The detail is amazing, and the way you framed the shot really messes with the sense of scale, when I saw this on twitter I first thought it was a fursuit!
The badge on the side is P200E (1977 to 1981). I don't know much of Vespa's, just that I thought this one looked very nice sitting there in the sun.
Not sure if it's a male or female, but was rather docile and was a nice subject to take macro photos of.
