To see how much I have improved over years, I went back to what I used to do - no lineart, no pose/body references, no color base except my own palettes. I broke some of my "usual" rules - I filled in eyebrows, which I was afraid of because it tended to look cartoony, and drew over with the environmental colors, which I didn't like for its "washed-out" look.
I threw in a few textures for a more polished look and I'm actually quite happy.
I also did a complete rework of her tattoos to match the lore. Now instead of generic cobra she has a beautiful Striped Venomdew Snake, and her arms and chest have more uniform style all over. You can compare it to the old version here:
