A (relatively) fast painting of a creature portrait using gouache, biro, and gesso on some old paper. Plus final digital touchups.
The idea was to discover new underpainting techniques, for better effects and time-saving issues. Painting to see what happened on the paper, not much planning beforehand... I'm happy with the outcome.
