BrowserFTW LiteStep 1.1

I've decided to run an experiment of painful minimalism. The goal is to discourage the use of everything except the necessities; for me it's the browser and winamp. I hope this will prepare me for the switch to ChromeOS I so eagerly await.

The text is on the center of the desktop.
The custom popup contains all you need.

version 1.1 has useful changes:
* there is a tray
* there is a volume control
* bottom-left is a custom popup
* bottom-center minimizes windows
* bottom-right restores windows
* clicking on "now playing" opens winamp
