Third assignment for my Intro to Sequential class. 2-4 pages of high contrast Sin City-esque inking, with the theme of transformation. Where an inanimate object had to transform into an animate object or vice versa. This was inked with a single paint brush and india ink. I didn't really like it, but it went over pretty well in class, so... I think it's grown on me? Haha.

Some other awesome work of the same project by my classmates:

Yea, flowers are inanimate. They don't think or move about. Unless you want to get super technical (which I wasn't) then yea, it's inanimate. Haha, thank you very much! :heart:

*so confused*
i thought animate was "alive"
and inanimate = "not alive"
plants = alive ...right?

lol, yes, in the strictest sense of the word. But inanimate can also mean something that lack consciousness.
