This art form is one that I am particularly interested in. The simplicity, shadows, "lack" of detail, something that reminds me of A Wizard of Earth Sea cover (www.michaeljohngrist.com/wp-co…) that for whatever reason i cannot accurately describe in such a way because I lack the vocabulary. Rarely do I find anything that gives me this feeling, and to have it paired with the Zelda franchise (Ocarina no less) is pure joy. I'd kill to hang this on a wall in tribute of not only its creator and subject, but the style and technique that I know little of and love for reasons I have difficulty explaining.
This is one of the greatest fanarts of OoT I've ever seen. The Sunlight peeking through the clouds during the rainstorm is an excellent touch! Including Epona's sadness as she watches over on the cliff.
Wow, just wow.
You're the best!
