a friend requested me to do a tutorial of how to draw shiny butts .. well , of course its not a standard , but you can make a usage of it at the end !! this is how i draw and color shiny butts 
..
i use Tool Sai program .. and my main tools are : pen for lineart .. Airbrush for coloring and shading .. and Brush or Blur for blending !!
