MicroBoot by yanomami MicroBoot by yanomami
This :deviation: comes on special request by those :fella:s, who like my latest bootscreen "Windows 7 Startup" [link] , but privily prefer an edition without the dipensable text above the windows flag logo. ;P
:w00t!: Here you are, I hope you enjoy it! :excited:

:new: Widescreen version (1680x1050 px) available... [link]

Info: This is a tbs (TuneUp-Boot-Screen), to be used with TuneUp Styler, which is part of the (shareware) program suite TuneUp Utilities [link]

Awww. what a bummer. Though I still have my netbook running on XP i was wondering if it was possible to change that little 'loading tab' at the bottom? like a circular loading tab like when firefox loads a site or like when youtube buffers, you know?

... or you could just remove it? i just think it's too generic XP. lol

and 1 more suggestion, how about a metro style bootscreen? like zune icons or WP7?

anyway... love the work! ;)

Allright! Is there a windows logon in the making like this? Why not go full out and make a theme? Shell? Just kidding. Well not really. That'd be really cool. What'd you think?

First download the tbs to any folder. Then you just need to double-click the tbs file. TuneUp Styler thereupon opens and adds the bootscreen to your collection. Just select it, then click on the Install button and you're done!
I TuneUp Styler opens without adding the bootscreen automatically, you can do this manually: Click on "Add", "Load bootscreen from file...", then navigate to the tbs file downloaded, click "Open". Finally select the installed bootscreen from the list and click "apply".

have you yet posted just your base images for this (in a zip file perhaps with a couple different standard rez's) and I'll see then what I can do to make this a bootable screen for 7, or maybe I'll just use it as my background :D either way it'd be appreciated!

Hi Ken,
I'm glad you like my MicroBoot! :excited:
 Yep, if you already have SP3 installed, there won't be any problems.
:spidey: However be careful, if you use SP2: Before installing SP3 you'll have to set the bootscreen back to standard. Otherwise the installation of SP3 will fail. Afterwards you can re-apply any TBS.
 I personally stick to SP2, cause a lot of my system files are modded and won't work on SP3.
;P Hopefully this was helpful.
